60-Day Risk-Free Trial

At Seolani, we offer a 60-Day Risk-Free Trial.

If you do not see the expected results after 60 days of consistent use, you may request a refund.

To qualify, you must provide:

  • Before and after photos showing lack of results
  • Confirmation that the product was used consistently as directed

To receive a refund of the product price, all containers, including empty ones, must be returned to our facility at the customer’s expense.

Eligible customers may also choose one of the following alternatives instead of returning products:

  • 100% Store Credit
  • 50% Refund without return, subject to approval

Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed, as they are processed immediately.

Subscription renewals must be cancelled before the billing date. Once an order has been charged, it is already in progress and cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Any damaged or incorrect item must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Photo evidence is required. Verified claims will be resolved by replacement of the affected item or items.

Refunds & Processing

All returns are subject to inspection and internal verification.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method or provided as store credit.

Refund processing may take up to 10 business days after approval.

Return Conditions & Fees

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Returns must be approved before being sent. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Risk of Loss

All orders are shipped under a shipment contract.

Once the carrier confirms delivery, responsibility transfers to the customer.

Seolani is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions follow the same policy terms.

To cancel a subscription, contact us at support@seolani.com before your next billing date.

If a renewal has already been processed, it cannot be refunded, but future renewals can be cancelled.

Shipping Protection

Shipping protection is non-refundable once the order has been processed.

Shipping protection applies only to packages lost or damaged in transit, according to the terms of the protection coverage.

Policy Updates

We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time.

Changes take effect immediately upon posting on our website.
